Feedback from designers attending FRAMECAD Training Academy seminars in Dubai has been universally positive with many reporting immediate improvement in design productivity.

Designed to help people maximise the potential of FRAMECAD design software, the Academy courses typically run over 4-5 days with tuition and practical demonstrations by world leading experts in FRAMECAD steel framing design and building solutions.

The next series of courses, for both beginners and advanced, will be held in Dubai in November following the Big Five trade show.

The training covers two software packages: FRAMECAD Detailer and FRAMECAD ProDesign.

FRAMECAD Detailer allows a steel frame manufacturing operation to be designed from scratch, enabling production of wall framing, roof trusses, roof panels and webbed sub-floors. The software can also be used to convert an architect’s concept into detailed building design plans ready for manufacture by the FRAMECAD manufacturing plant.
FRAMECAD ProDesign provides design and engineering capability for walls, trusses and sub-floors, and also incorporates the ability to perform structural analysis based on international building standards and codes.
