- There is no time expiry deadline on the hours paid for; use them as little or as often as required, when required.
- Monthly reports will always let the customer know what hours have been consumed, by whom and for what issue.

In addition to FRAMECAD First Response, FRAMECAD Protect offers onsite maintenance for FrameMaster machines every 6 months or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first.
