The pre-finish is precise, consistent & strong and is incredibly fast to install. It also offers outstanding durability over the building’s lifetime.

FRAMECAD Render System

The FRAMECAD render system gives the appearance and durability of traditional solid walls, but offers superior thermal and acoustic insulation and is significantly lighter and thinner.

FRAMECAD Fibre Cement

Fibre cement is ideal for both exterior cladding and interior lining. FRAMECAD fibre cement is moisture resistant when installed and maintained correctly; is non-combustible (can be used to achieve fire rated wall and floor systems) and has a low environmental impact (the raw materials – wood pulp, cement, sand and water – are low in toxicity and are 100% asbestos free.)

FRAMECAD Sandwich Panels

FRAMECAD Sandwich panels have a lightweight foam core, and durable painted metal exterior layer, which is available in a range of colours and textures, including brick and stone. The foam core provides effective thermal and acoustic insulation. The light weight of the panels make installation easy, and is perfectly suited to seismic areas or portable building applications. The concealed fixing system, and full range of colour matched jointing accessories allow quick installation.

FRAMECAD Magnesium Board

FRAMECAD magnesium board is lightweight, strong, & durable and achieves superior fire ratings, with 1, 2 and 3-hour fire rated wall systems possible. 2 hour fire rated floor systems are also possible using a single layer of FRAMECAD magnesium board, making it one of the most economical fire rated floor systems available. Installation is quick and easy. FRAMECAD magnesium board is manufactured from inert magnesium ore, contains no VOC, asbestos or formaldehyde.

FRAMECAD Gypsum (Plasterboard)

FRAMECAD Gypsum (Plasterboard or drywall) is lightweight, easy to cut & install, can be used to create curved walls and meets international standards. It is available in Standard, Moisture Resistant, and Fire Resistant grades, along with a full range of accessories, fasteners and jointing compounds.

FRAMECAD Plywood

Light weight, yet incredibly strong and stable, FRAMECAD Plywood can be used for flooring, walls, and other general construction purposes. FRAMECAD Plywood is available in a variety of grades, sizes and finishes, and also available with film facing for concrete formwork, or with a grooved face to give external cladding a unique look.

FRAMECAD Ceiling Tiles

FRAMECAD ceiling tiles are available in a range of sizes, thicknesses, weights, fire & smoke spread resistance, and sound insulation. The range includes PVC faced gypsum tiles, Mineral Fibre tiles and Fibre Cement tiles, along with the metal grid suspension system.
