FRAMECAD Fibre Cement The versatility of fibre cement makes it an excellent choice for both exterior cladding and interior lining applications. FRAMECAD fibre cement is resistant to damage from moisture and rotting when installed and maintained correctly. It is also non-combustible, and be used to achieve fire ratied wall and floor systems. FRAMECAD Sandwich Panels FRAMECAD Sandwich panels have a light weight foam core, and durable painted metal exterior layer, which is available in a range of colours and textures, including brick and stone. The foam core provides effective thermal and acoustic insulation. The light weight of the panels make installation easy, and is perfectly suited to seismic areas or portable building applications. The concealed fixing system, and full range of colour matched jointing accessories allow quick installation.
FRAMECAD Magnesium Board FRAMECAD magnesium board achieves superior fire ratings, with 1, 2 and 3 hour fire rated wall systems possible. 2 hour fire rated floor systems are also now possible using a single layer of FRAMECAD magnesium board, making it one of the most economical fire rated floor systems available.. Magnesium board is also light weight, strong, and durable. These properties make installation easier and faster, and reduce ongoing maintenance. Manufactured from inert magnesium ore, FRAMECAD magnesium board contains no VOC, asbestos or formaldehyde.
FRAMECAD Gypsum (Plasterboard) Gypsum, also commonly known as Plasterboard or drywall, is the most common type of interior lining because it is versatile and economical. FRAMECAD Gypsum meets international standards, and is available in Standard, Moisture resistant, and Fire Resistant grades, along with a full range of accessories, fasteners and jointing compounds to complete the wall or ceiling system. FRAMECAD Gypsum is lightweight, easy to cut and install, and can even be used to create curved walls.
FRAMECAD Plywood Light weight, yet incredibly strong and stable, FRAMECAD Plywood can be used for flooring, walls, and other general construction purposes.
