FRAMECAD Insulbreak

FRAMECAD Insulbreak is ideal for steel frame construction in hot climates due to its unique composition – radiant barrier insulation, vapour barrier and thermal break. Insulbreak is:

• Faster to install than traditional insulation – reducing labour costs
• Offers greater durability over the lifetime of the building – lowering ongoing maintenance costs
• An effective thermal break between hot outside cladding, and cool building interiors – reducing air conditioning costs

FRAMECAD Radiant Heat Barriers

FRAMECAD radiant heat barriers are composed of pure aluminium foil, high quality fibreglass reinforcement and flame retardant adhesive offering the following benefits:

Suitable for mild or cold climates, FRAMECAD Glasswool is:

FRAMECAD Rigid Foam Panels

Rigid foam insulation is ideal for very hot or very cold climates. Fixed to the steel framing exterior it offers the following benefits:

• Fast installation – reducing labour costs
• No need to cut around studs and bracing – improving profits by minimizing material wastage
• No thermal bridging – minimizes heat transmission making the building more energy efficient. Has thermal conductivity (U Value) as low as 0.22w/m2K.
• Better insulation – it is not limited by the depth of the stud therefore can be up to 100mm thick
• Low risk fire rating
• Is an effective moisture barrier – minimizing long term building maintenance cost
