FRAMECAD is able to offer a range of building materials that have been engineered and tested to work with our building system. These are available exclusively through our FRAMECAD Building Products Division. With over 20 years experience, FRAMECAD Building Products is an expert in the field of supplying steel for cold-formed steel framing industry and building materials for the wider construction industry.

FRAMECAD is able to source slit coil steel to the correct specifications for use in FrameMaster machinery.

Sourcing your steel through FRAMECAD ensures not only the optimal performance of the machinery, but also ensures that the steel framing is produced to the correct quality and performance specifications. FRAMECAD can recommend the most cost effective grade of steel for your projects. For example, by using steel with a higher tensile strength, a lighter gauge may be used in some applications.

FRAMECAD has excellent relationships with a range of steel mills around the world, which means a dependable supply of steel at competitive prices. All of these mills have been selected to ensure they can supply to our specific product and packaging requirements. We are able to source material in a range of thicknesses and coatings.

FRAMECAD specialises in supply of the following steel products:

• Flat products - Galvalume, Zincalume, Gal fan, ZAM, Electro glavanised, Galvanised, Stainless Steel, Aluminium can be supplied in master coils or slit to any width.
• Galvanized hollow sections (tubes, pipes, RHS and SHS)
• Wire products
• Deformed bar
• Wire rod coils
• Structural steel – angles, channels, beams, and flat bars
• Pre-painted coils can be supplied on any of the above base materials single or double sided colour. Paint systems in Polyester, Silicon Polyester or PVDF available. Coil widths up to maximum 1219 mm and material thickness from 1.2 to 0.35mm can be painted.
