FRAMECAD TF550H: Cost savings & efficiency gains for mid-rise projects

FRAMECAD is delighted to announce the latest release of our TF550H system. Developed for optimal delivery of mid-rise construction projects, this industry-leading system now allows up to two separate flange heights making production of floor joists, wall frames, and trusses even faster and more economical.

Built for optimal engineering-based design and manufacture of mid-rise applications, the TF550H now offers the ability to have one or two flange height options:

  • 1 5/8” flange (with nominated web) as standard; and
  • With either a 2 or 2 ½” flange as an additional option.

These new options offer increased flexibility in design and production not available elsewhere. You can achieve significant cost savings and efficiency gains throughout the building process by removing the need for additional studs.

To ensure continued production the method of changing from one option to the next is very easy; you simply swap out a few components. This can be done at the same time as you change the coil.

Additional product features:

  • Heavy duty system that rolls up to 14 gauge material enabling the manufacture and construction of mid-rise buildings.
  • 12 advanced punching functions for high productivity, and versatile components’ production such as roof trusses, walls and floor joists*.
  • Automated high line speed up to 4,430ft/hr results the industry’s best framing and truss manufacturing output.
  • Smart internet connectivity provides cloud-based data reporting to enable real time production management and technical diagnostics to improve efficiency.
