Welcome Mario Tschopp, to the FRAMECAD Product Team
FRAMECAD is thrilled to announce the appointment of Mario Tschopp to its Product team, further strengthening the company’s commitment to innovation and global leadership in light-gauge steel construction technology.
Mario brings a wealth of experience in construction solutions and product strategy to the business, supporting continued growth and excellence across FRAMECAD’s global operations.
A Global Perspective
Originally from Switzerland, Mario began his career with Hilti, a global leader in construction solutions, where he spent nine years in various roles across Product Management and Sales. His work took him from Switzerland to New Zealand, where he relocated in 2018 and quickly developed a deep appreciation for Kiwi innovation and the ‘can-do attitude’ that defines New Zealand’s business culture.
Excited About Innovation and Impact
Speaking about his new role, Mario shared, “FRAMECAD’s commitment to innovation and its global reach are inspiring. It’s a forward-thinking New Zealand company bringing smart, efficient Kiwi innovation to the world. I’m excited to contribute to this mission and collaborate with a passionate team that’s driving change in the construction industry.”
Matching Product Offering to Customer Challenges
In his new position, Mario will focus on refining FRAMECAD’s product strategy for both FRAMECAD Systems and Engineered Components, working closely with customers to ensure FRAMECAD solutions continue to deliver exceptional value.
“Working closely with our customers to understand where FRAMECAD can bring the most value, foster collaboration, and align our product development with market needs,” he said.
Looking Ahead
As a Product Manager, Mario's role is the bridge between customer needs and product strategy.
"When these elements are aligned effectively, we create meaningful value for our customers. If, a year from now, we can confidently say we’ve enhanced both the value we deliver and the way we deliver it, I’ll consider that a meaningful achievement.”
Mark Taylor, Founder and CEO, FRAMECAD, said, “As FRAMECAD continues to grow its global footprint, Mario’s experience will help ensure we stay agile, innovative, and deeply connected to our customers’ needs. We’re thrilled to have him on board as we shape the future of light-gauge steel construction.”
With a strong global presence across 110 countries, FRAMECAD continues to lead the industry with its end-to-end cold-formed steel design and manufacturing systems, empowering the construction sector to streamline the production of high-standard steel-framed buildings with precision and efficiency.
