Embracing Change: The Move to FRAMECAD Communities
Technology evolves rapidly, and so must the tools we use to support our customers. As part of our commitment to customer success, we are transitioning from our customer Portal MyFRAMECAD to FRAMECAD Communities. By the end of June, we will begin phasing out the features in MYFRAMECAD. By the end of 2025, MyFRAMECAD will cease entirely and we will complete the transition to Communities. Here’s what you need to know to make the most of the new platform.
Key Dates:
June 4, 2025
December 31, 2025
- Discontinuation of MyFRAMECAD
Support Requests Moving to Communities
From June 4th, all support requests must be submitted via Communities.
This includes:
- Parts inquiries
- Technical advice
- Booking a visit
- Product-related questions
- Breakdown support
MyFRAMECAD will cease to handle these requests, so it is essential to start using Communities as soon as possible. If you do not have access, please reach out to communitiessupport@framecad.com for assistance.
New Access to Online Learning
One of the biggest benefits of Communities is the ability to access FRAMECAD’s online learning content. We recognize that adopting new technology and upskilling your team can be challenging. To support you, FRAMECAD now offers introductory online software training at no cost.
What you need to do:
- Log in to FRAMECAD Communities
- Request activation of your online learning training license
Once requested, your license will be enabled by the FRAMECAD team.
Next Steps
Now is the time to start your transition to Communities where you can:
- Submit support tickets through Communities
- Take advantage of new learning content to enhance your team’s skills
We appreciate your cooperation during this transition and are here to support you every step of the way. Start using Communities today to ensure a seamless experience.
For any questions or assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team is committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you.
