The future of construction comes to life in Orlando, Florida
From October 7–9 at METALCON 2026, FRAMECAD is partnering with industry leaders, Intellisteel, AssemblyBuilt, Aerosmith Fasteners, Integrated Steel, and Performance Building Solutions, to run a live Design-to-Manufacture-to-Build experience.
Over the three days, you'll watch a structure move through every stage of the cold-formed steel ecosystem — from design and engineering through to manufacturing and assembly. The Intellisteel team will build the house on-site, demonstrating just how quickly and precisely you can build with CFS, so make sure to stop by and check it out.
Alongside the live Design-to-Manufacture-to-Build experience, FRAMECAD will be at booth 1143, where the team will walk you through our end-to-end ecosystem: Steelwise design and engineering software, Nexa production management software, our steel framing equipment, and fasteners and components.

Building for a cause
We're proud to be supporting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Founded in response to 9/11, Tunnel to Towers provides mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children, builds specially adapted smart homes for injured veterans and first responders, and is working to eradicate veteran homelessness across America.
FRAMECAD was founded in 1987 with a simple mission: to put roofs over people's heads. Over three decades on, that purpose still drives us. We help communities around the world build the shelter they need, and that's why we back the work Tunnel to Towers does. After the show, we're donating the structure we built on the floor to the Foundation.
If you'd like to contribute yourself, you can donate through METALCON Gives Back.
Catch our session on modular's full potential with cold-formed Steel
How can we deliver projects faster and with greater certainty, all while facing tighter cost, labor, and sustainability constraints? Offsite and modular construction.
Clint Greaves, Chief Revenue Officer for FRAMECAD, will show you how modular construction with steel framing is no longer niche or experimental, but a proven, repeatable approach to scale reliably across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
You will see how shifting risk from site-based work into controlled manufacturing environments is critical for future-proofing construction manufacturing strategies.
