Maverick Steel Group (MSG) is a light-gauge steel framing and prefabricated panel manufacturer based in Henderson County, North Carolina. The company serves general contractors, architects and developers across the Southeast, with a focus on multi-family residential developments and custom homes.

MSG brings a builder's perspective to steel frame manufacturing. Its founder gained hands-on experience with FRAMECAD technology by designing, fabricating and installing steel frames on his own projects. This practical understanding shapes MSG's approach, with each project developed in BIM before moving through to its FRAMECAD production line. Framing components are pre-punched for services and clearly marked to simplify on-site assembly, while additional fittings can be installed before panels leave the factory. This helps reduce on-site measuring, cutting and installation time.

MSG also provides technical support throughout the project, from shop drawings through to final assembly, helping contractors and installers resolve challenges and keep projects on schedule.

Led by a U.S. Marine, MSG proudly employs veterans and is certified as a Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (DVOSB) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE).

Recent projects include Oak Preserve, First Avenue Villas, multi-family townhomes in Nashville and custom residences in Brevard and Miami.
