Our state of the art Cold Formed Steel framing machines allow us the flexibility to design and build various semi-permanent and permanent buildings. Ranging from single level accommodation blocks right through to 3 level accommodation blocks and high-end housing developments.

Spacemaker's success is built on reliability, quality and its ability to cater to any part of the globe or any specific requirement. This unique building system is fast, effective and engineered to international standards making sure our clients are comfortable from preliminary concept right through to hand over.Our manufacturing facility consists of a 35,000 sqm plot fitted with offices, workshops, stores, dining facilities and open erection yard. We have a panel fabrication shop housing 4 cold form steel framing machines (Framecad Technology) producing several C-profiles sections. Also present are circular saws, planers & a hot press for the production of timber doors and other wood panelling required.

Our steel shop contains hydraulic press brakes and shear machines that can handle a range of MS plate. We also have an array of MIG and SMAW welding machines, cutting sets, steel band saws and pedestal drills. Our open yard and under roof storage facilities keep stock of regular used items and more importantly keep production flowing seamlessly. The open erection yard has various forklifts and suitably sized cranes as and when required for loading units or shifting items too large for the forklifts to handle. We have a skilled work force consisting of 400+ men who have been with us for over 10 years.
