The FRAMECAD training programmes cover design and software, manufacturing systems and machinery and the FRAMECAD construction process. Undertaking the right training is vital for getting the best value from the FRAMECAD® system. FRAMECAD training programmes offer an opportunity to learn how to use the software, manufacturing and overall FRAMECAD system, in order to carry out a cost effective, fast and durable production. This onsite course is a step-by-step guide to factory set up and frame assembly, including tools required, staffing, safety practices, waste management and finished product storage handling and transport.
This training is provided on-site to those who will be operating the FRAMECAD manufacturing systems. It covers plant installation and machine commissioning, including operation skills and how to carry out maintenance procedures, production flows, factory set up and production optimisation.
This software course builds on the existing skills taught in the beginner course and includes training on two storey design (walls, joists and trusses), lateral bracing analysis and design, fixings and hold down selection process.
This course offers an introduction to designing with the FRAMECAD software programmes and covers the best way to begin designing in cold-formed steel, using FRAMECAD ProDesign and FRAMECAD Detailer and Detailer Plus, including creating wall frame layouts and creating truss layouts, and wall frame designs.
This course can vary in length depending on what is desired. It covers site erection, construction packs, construction plans, marking out of slab/floor, frame handling, construction order and guidelines, and time management.
